QS System Strength Rankings 2016: #10 – Japan

The Japanese government has long been keen to attract students from overseas, and is aiming to have 300,000 foreign students in the country by 2020. It has not always been an easy transition, however, and the country has faced fierce competition from other emerging Asian education hubs.
