Bhaskar is also emphatic about the importance of a graduates CV to a potential employer. A CV should never be an autobiography. Instead, it should highlight the core competencies of the individual supported by empirical evidences. It should shed light on the potential employees ability to learn and adopt, work with cross cultural and cross functional teams, his/her ability to ideate and the ability to lead.

In a day and age where a variety of challenges (technological and globalization) have created complexities in the market, Bhaskar is confident that students realise that classroom exposure is going to have relevance in later professional life provided their engagement level is high. He concludes that curriculums must be dynamically altered and emphasis must be put on real-life projects with organizations so as to complement the classroom courses.
