UNITEN operates two campuses. The main Putrajaya Campus, located in Kajang, Selangor, near Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur, hosts the majority of academic programmes spanning engineering, computing and informatics, renewable energy, and business, supported by modern laboratories, lecture halls, and vibrant student facilities. The Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus (KSHAS) in Bandar Muadzam Shah, Pahang, hosts UNITEN Business School programmes in business, accounting, and finance, together with foundation and diploma pathways, in a quieter, greener setting with dedicated student residences and recreational facilities.

Academic delivery is organised across five specialised colleges:

• College of Engineering (COE)
• College of Computing & Informatics (CCI)
• UNITEN Business School (UBS), operating across both the Putrajaya and Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah campuses
• College of Graduate Studies (COGS), which coordinates postgraduate education across disciplines
• College of Continuing Education (CCEd), which serves lifelong learners through foundation, language, and professional development pathways
