American Studies

Program Description

Students will explore ‘America’ from the perspectives of its popular culture, history, language, literature, constitution, ethnicity and religion. Two-thirds of the American Studies program (the Major) consists of AS courses. One third, the Minor, will consist of courses done in the US and general electives (i.e. Film & TV, International Relations, Journalism, etc).
