Mathematics and Economics
Program Description
This degree course is designed for students who have a strong interest in Pure Mathematics and who also wish to obtain a training in contemporary Economics. It offers the opportunity to study some of the substantial developments in both Economic Theory and Quantitative Economics that have resulted from the combination of Mathematics and Economics.
The degree course has a stronger pure mathematical orientation than the Econometrics and Mathematical Economics stream of the MMORSE degree (see MORSE).
