- Secondary Teacher Education admission is by selection and only available to graduate students. You may cross-credit up to 126 points from your first degree (or 180 points if your first degree was a 4 year degree, for example Honours). To be considered for admission, applicants must have: satisfied the degree requirements of a first bachelor's degree programme or its equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution, and as part of the first degree studies, completed advanced studies within two secondary curriculum areas. Applicants whose first language is not English must have an IELTS score of 7.0 with no individual band below 7.
