The Paris-Dauphine University benefits since its creation from a broad autonomy in regards to scientific and teaching innovations, and developed a strong identity that brings together today professors, researchers, administrative staffs and students.
In February 2004, the Paris-Dauphine University becomes great establishment. This new statute enables the school to confirm its ambitious project of offering coherent, selective and professionalized courses to the students while opening new room for manoeuvring and consolidating the essential mission of the university that is the development, valorisation of research and provision of higher education at an undergraduate, graduate and doctorate levels as well as offering vocational and professional training.
The university offers courses in the following areas: management, applied economics, mathematics, data processing, sociology of the organizations, right, political science and languages.
The university also invest in international exchange with other institutions through 158 conventions with 32 countries. Due to this partnership, students are given a change to study abroad and are offered training scheme around the world.
The university strive to improve its teaching methods, increase use of technology across various fields and implemented innovating formulas that facilitate the student transition from higher education learning to the work place.
