European University Skopje

The European University, located in Skopje, Macedonia, is a modern high-educational institution which permanently promotes its educational, staff and material values. The European University is the first accredited private university in the country. We exists because of the students and their future. We are aware that the best high school students are those who like to gain better positions and competitive advantage based on their knowledge. Because of that, we ensure them that by enrolling at the University they have made the right choice. That is insured by our permanent contacts during studies, but also after graduating. We take care of the rooms the students study in and in which they are to spend their time while at the University. The amphitheatre, the computing labs, the lecture rooms and the library are modernly and functionally equipped, so a comfortable and pleasurable atmosphere is provided during their stay at the University. The teaching process is performed with the highest informational and audio-visual technology, which helps students acquire new knowledge, as well as helps the teaching staff in the work. Knowledge, which is necessary to be transferred to the sudents, requires top-skilled professors, lecturers and associates, all carefully chosen by the University. Much attention is paid to the professional development and improvement of all employees.

Immediate accomplishment of administrative, organizational and current activities connected to studying is made through the Student Affairs Office. Registration and enrollment of students are done through this service, i.e., documents needed for enrollment are delivered to this service. The technical organization is an immediate obligation of this service, and, also, other, like: registering of partial exams, exams, scientific papers, BS, MS, and PhD thesis, registering and regulating terms, acquiring confirmations, certificates and other appropriate documents which are necessary for the students. The students can accomplish their common interests, protect their rights, develop and satisfy their cultural needs, sports and other facilities, and the scientific-technological works through the University Student Organization. Students have the choice between studying in Macedonian or English. The University encourages flexible use of both languages. 

The European University has joined the Erasmus+ program and encourages exchange, collaboration, student and teacher mobility, and has signed inter-institutional cooperation agreements with many foreign universities. The university is coordinator of a KA203-Erasmus+ project, including 3 more EU countries.

Regarding the day-to-day necessities, we offer a bookshop, a convenience store, banking and postal services, a restaurant and several cafés. We are located in the centre of the capital city of Skopje, and we are only a short walk from City Shopping Center.
