City University London is made up of five different schools: Cass Business School, the School of Arts & Social Sciences, the School of Health Sciences, the School of Mathematics, Science and Engineering and the City Law School. City University one of the top 10 universities in the UK for graduate starting salaries (Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey 2012-13), London’s top university for student satisfaction (National Student Survey 2015) and is ranked 13th for highest UK graduate salaries (Times University Guide).
The 2008 Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) identified 15 areas of academic activity where City University’s research was assessed as achieving world-leading quality in terms of originality, significance and rigour. In addition, the 2014 Research Excellence Framework, an assessment of higher education research quality in the UK, rated 75.7% of City Universities submissions as being of world-leading or excellent quality.
City University London has a global outlook with a student body representing over 150 countries and a staff representing over 70 countries. Out of City University London’s 18,000 students, 46% study at the postgraduate level.
