The University of South Australia (UniSA) has a strong reputation for excellence across a wide range of subjects in business, law, education, arts and social sciences, health sciences, information technology, engineering and the environment.

Our degree programs are distinctively designed to produce graduates who are equipped to the highest possible level to succeed in their chosen profession and which offer unrivalled opportunities for work experience integrated into study.

We have invested heavily in outstanding facilities on our four Adelaide and two regional campuses to create an excellent student environment and intend to invest a further $1 billion over the next few years, for example in a new $90 million student Learning Hub. These investments will enhance UniSA's dynamic, engaging and high-tech learning spaces.

A stimulating education environment is characterized by staff at the forefront of their subjects and UniSA's academics are progressive research leaders, focused on real world problems. UniSA's research ranks in the top one third of Australian universities. Over 70% of our assessed research was deemed to be world-class in the recent official Excellence in Research for Australia evaluation, rising to 90% in some academic areas.

UniSA makes a strong contribution to society and economy at national and state level. A large part of UniSA's continuing success is due to the collaborations we have developed with key partners in business, industry and the community, which complement the work-focused nature of our degrees.
