PhD studentships

I am Hanady,graduated from faculty of pharmacy, Cairo University (2014). I am seeking to do PhD degree in a pharmaceutical formulation project. So, How can I find and apply for them? What are the necessary steps to be taken? And finally, What should be done about the funding issue or if there is a fully-funded studentship for such projects, knowing that I am not able to fund myself.

In order to do a PhD program,
In order to do a PhD program, you have to get approval from universities' subjects professors. Therefore, you should approach the professor directly through universities' emails and explain your proposal. If you get approved which also means accepted at some point (beware of student visa issue), then you should think of getting the scholarship. It should not be the other way round.
