Hi Sisir, you need a score of at least 5.0 overall in the IELTS to get an Irish student visa, but most universities will ask for at least a 6.0.

Hi Pranav, yes they can! You'll need a residence permit and you must be able to show that you can support both yourself and any accompanying family members without needing the assistance of public funds. You can find out more here.

Score 5.5 is not enough. You should have minimum score 6 to apply for student visa without any problem and to be sure you have all chances to enter the university. In the case, you can learn how to write essays on different topics when you have lack of time.

Hi Sumit,

Australia is one of the world’s biggest educational hubs for a variety of courses. Due to its unique mix of different cultures both Eastern and Western all under one roof, Australia is one of the best options for international exposure and global relations. It also has diverse geographical and biological backgrounds thereby providing students with a variety of desirable environmental, climatic, cultural options to study and reside in. It is home to some of world-class internationally recognized MBA programmes that are guaranteed to build and boost professional careers of students here.

Research for universities :-
Melbourne Business School, The University of Melbourne
AGSM MBA, University of New South Wales
College of Business and Economics, Australian National University ANU
La Trobe Business School, La Trobe University
Monash Business School, Monash University

Check deadlines:
Once the universities have been shortlisted, the applicant should check the individual deadlines of the universities so that he/she can prepare application package accordingly. As mentioned above, the sessions in Australia usually start in February, so the application period is between September and November.

Melbourne Business School
Duration : 1 year
Deadline :
ADB Scholarship-August Diversity Excellence Scholarships-October
Dean's International Management Scholarship-January
Rupert Murdoch Fellowship-31 March

AGSM MBA, University of New South Wales
Duration :16 months
Deadline : Round 1-1st June
Round 2-1st August
Round 3-1st October

College of Business and Economics, Australian National University
Duration : 2 years
Deadline : October- November

La Trobe Business School
Duration : 1.5/2 years
Deadline: March intake: December-January
July- May

Eligibility:
A three-year Bachelor’s degree is enough to make one eligible for MBA in Australia. However, most business schools also demand work experience.

Work experience: Besides work experience, many business schools in Australia also accept GMAT score. However, GMAT scores are not always necessary for admission to MBA courses in Australian business schools. Even though some schools accept GMAT score, it is given a low weightage compared to work experience.

TOEFL: TOEFL is an English proficiency test for students from non-native English speaking countries. TOEFL is conducted more than 50 times a year at 4,500 test centres in 165 countries worldwide.

IELTS: IELTS is also an English proficiency test for students from non-native English speaking countries. IELTS test measures a candidate’s English language command on 4 different parameters- Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.

Cost : As a rough guide, the cost will be around AUD$30,000 per annum for international students.

Best Of LUCK !!

Yes, ofcourse you can get admission in colleges or universities of Ireland even if you have scored 5.5 in one module. If you are opting Ireland for bachelors degree, then this band score is good for this purpose. Moreover, Ireland accepts TOEFL, PTE and OET score card for offering admission to overseas students.
