What is the Undergraduate application process for an International mature student at UK?
on Sat, 05/20/2017 - 14:46
Hello,
I am from India, I am a 2017 Graduate of Computer Science(BE) from here. I am interested in pursuing a Undergraduate course in Economics from UK in the future. I am not knowledgeable about the UK undergraduate application process and the information I have gathered is mainly from the web and own research, as an International Mature Student how would I be evaluated against other applicants. I am a recent graduate(2017), unlike other mature students who return to academics after a period of time, Do I still have to do an extra foundation year. Any information, tips regarding the application process,UK education scene, economics, accomodation, costs would be very helpful.
Thanks.

Check also the British Council of your city as they offer a range of seminars and workshops for people who want to study in the UK. I know in Athens they do as I have been attending one of those before. For the rest I cannot tell you that much as I did not make it at last to study in the UK. Hope that helps!

I saw this video about studying in a small town versus a city (i.e. London) to save money. Is the sacrifice worth it?

Or is the difference in cost outweighed by fewer opportunities (i.e. part time jobs) in a small town?
