Hi, Rio. Basically I have the same question as yours. I am trying to find best university for the subject as well and intend to develop renewable energy for my country, Indonesia. Nevertheless, my business/management background might be a challenge to pursue the subject. Meanwhile, with your background in engineering, it will be easier.
You may want to try masterportal.eu to find some university recommendation (if you open about any country to study). Based on my research, most of university in Scandinavian countries is the top choice. They lead the development in renewable energy.
If you ask for the best, it might be difficult to define 'best' as renewable energy is still a new subject for many universities unlike other subject. In my opinion, it's best to start from the leading country of the field. Good luck :)

My undergraduate engineering program did not teach use how to code. Did you need to code for your engineering program? I saw this video that says it was expected at her master's program.

Did you take any online courses in coding prior to starting your program?
