Study in Ireland is particularly moderate than different parts of Europe. Educational cost expenses when contrasted with the normal charges of colleges in different nations. This may be a big deal sparing toward the begin of your examinations.

Hi, You should have minimum score 6 to apply for student visa . If you want to get the scholarship, you can apply for global study awards. Get your ISIC Card and become eligible for £10,000 Scholarship.

Ireland student visa allows you to reside in the country for the long-term course of your studies in a recognized college, or other educational establishment. Studying in Ireland is quite a popular option for undergraduates across the world; Ireland offers a long history of excellence in learning with nine universities, fourteen institutes of technology and a host of other educational establishments. Visa First will process your application according to all the Irish migration requirements thus boosting your chances of successful application

It all depends on your qualification and the course that you want to pursue. For a job which is highly technical and all you may be abnle to get away with 5.5. But in most cases you would need an IELTS score of above 6 or even 6.5. I got a 6 for my course. I think most data science courses need a level of 6 or above. It would be helpful if you could mention the course that you want to pursue.

It depends on the purpose of your immigration. By that I mean that the requirement might vary if you are applying for a job and the requirement will be different if you are going to study.
Since you want to study and the requirement is 5.5, again it depends on the college. You might already know that there are 4 modules in the IELTS exam(Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking). If your colleges asks you to get 5.5 overall only, then it wont matter in which combination you get it. If they ask for 5.5 in each module then you have to get 5.5 in each module.
That being said, scoring 5.5 is not a big deal. Just attempt every question with whatever knowledge you have and I'm sure you will get 5.5.
Just check the IELTS Ireland website and you will find what you need and further, contact your university for details.

As far as IELTS is concerned, only INIS requires IELTS of 5 but most Irish universities and colleges generally require IELTS of 6.5. Also in order to apply for Visa, You must make your visa application on-line. The online visa application facility is available worldwide and is mandatory for every applicant. You need to fill the online form and submit the required documents in order to get your application processed. Your best choice will be to appear for IELTS again. If you prepare diligently for one month, there is no reason why you can't score 6 or more in each module. Compared to Science exams worldwide, IELTS English exam is relatively easy. So do not fret over your current result and reappear for the exam.

I don't know wheter you are still in India or in Ireland, I just joined this now so I'm answering now. Well I have been to Ireland and education system of Ireland is getting harder day by day. Most of the uniersities required minimum of 6.5 to get admission for Bachelors or master.
