Hi Vimal, yes there are lots of scholarships available - we have an article listing Engineering Scholarships (including those for Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering) - as well as region and country-specific scholarship listings.

As for Admission/Eligibility/Fees I'm afraid I can't guide you in detail as these will vary depending on the University and country your son would like to study in. However, I would advise you to have a look at the websites for the universities your son is applying for to find all the information you need on Admissions/Eligibility/Fees for that particular university. 

Also, your son might like to browse our country guides, our subject guide to Masters in Engineering courses, and perhaps our information on English Tests (if English is not your son's first language, universities that teach in English will require a good score in an English Language test such as IELTS or TOEFL. You can find out exactly what test and test results they prefer on the University's website.)
