No longer is journalism just about investigative news reporting and writing. Today’s journalists are expected to have the skills to work successfully in broadcast, print and online and this course will look at all these requirements. These units journalism units are led by accomplished journalists including current and former reporters and editors from the fields of newspapers, magazines, websites, radio and sport. This is a course for outgoing students with a keen sense of the joys of interdisciplinary working and a desire to broaden the future occupational horizons by exploring a range of approaches to textual production, with the critical and cultural reception and impact.
