Its headquarters is in the main campus in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. It has two other campuses both in Jeddahand Al-Ahsa. All of the campuses are located inside the parameters of King Abdulaziz Medical cities, and are overseen by the Saudi National Guard Health Affairs.
