Thammasat University

Thammasat University (TU) is the second oldest, leading comprehensive university in Thailand. Inaugurated in 1934 with social science and humanities to serve society’s thirst for modern knowledge. Thammasat, thus, has been known as “the university for the people”.
 
From the mid-1980s, TU has expanded to cover most disciplines, including science, technology, and health, so as to contribute more to society. Apart from teaching, Thammasat is an internationallyrenowned university, which emphasizes research and innovation. With the vision “World Class University for The People”, Thammasat is bringing together students of all backgrounds to maximize their potential and be capable, innovative, caring and want to serve society.
