GIOCA is an interdisciplinary program designed to develop the skills of future leaders in international arts, culture and creative sector organizations. With its focus on applied management knowledge and change processes in cultural organizations, topics range from the impact of public funding transformation to the digital revolution and beyond. It is based on a strong interdisciplinary approach that combines business studies, sociology, and the humanities. Our truly international cohort of students is drawn equally from Eu and Non-Eu countries, and we provide the ideal environment in which students can strengthen their teamwork abilities, gain a global perspective and enhance their entrepreneurial skills.

To be admitted to this second-cycle Master's degree programme in Innovation and Organization of Culture and the Arts (hereinafter GIOCA), candidates need to have acquired:
  • economic and managerial basic knowledge;
  • a good general knowledge and notions of culture and the arts
  • a strong vocation for the relevant contents and topics of the Programme
  • aptitude for the professional profiles in question.

To join the Master's degree programme, the following academic requirements are needed:
  • at least a first level degree (Bachelor's) or an equivalent degree in any discipline from an Italian or foreign university that has been deemed eligible;
  • English language knowledge.
