The aim of the Second Cycle Degree/two year Master programme in Mechanical Engineering is to equip students with a high level of technical, scientific and professional training to enable them to work in the field of mechanical engineering. The programme will prepare mechanical engineers to work on the design and production of complex mechanical systems, the small or large-scale production of highly technical articulated products, the representation of components and assemblies, thermal and fluid machinery and mechanical systems for motion transfer in industrial settings. Graduates of the Second Cycle Degree/two year Master programme in Mechanical Engineering will have gained the ability to design, develop and manage complex and/or innovative systems, equipment, processes and services of a highly technical nature in the fields of mechanics and automated systems.
