The single-cycle master's degree course in Pharmacy is divided into five years and its main objective is to provide the theoretical and practical knowledge to train graduates with solid scientific foundations necessary to practice the profession of pharmacist and to operate in the health field. as experts in medicine and health products (cosmetic products ,dietetic products and food supplements, herbal products, medical devices, sanitary goods, etc.).


The degree programme also aims to train professionalswith knowledge that will enable them:


- to perform the role of health educators and participate ininstitutional campaigns run in collaboration with the public administration invarious areas of healthcare;

- when dispensing medicines, to provide thepatient with information, instructions, warnings, advice and assessment beforeand after the use of such drugs;

- to play a key liaison role between the patient, the doctor andnational health service facilities.

Admission to the single cycle degree programme in Pharmacy requires possession of a secondary school diploma awarded after five years of study or a foreign qualification recognised as suitable. Additionally, knowledge and skills in the following areas is required: · Biology · Chemistry · Mathematics · Physics · Logical reasoning · English language proficiency minimum level A2 based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
