In the degree programme in Employment and Business Relations Consultant students acquire in-depth knowledge of all the aspects interconnected with the labour law sector and the ability to apply its regulations. They also have the historical-methodological, IT, economic and sociological skills as well as competencies in the areas of private law, constitutional law, commercial law, tax law and procedural law.


The curriculum covers four areas of learning:

  • HISTORICAL-METHODOLOGICAL AREA, relating to introductory transversalknowledge, functional to guaranteeing appropriate methodological skills and abasic legal culture, in course units on basic legal concepts and the history ofmodern and contemporary law consistently throughout the programme, supportinglearning in the fields of private law, labour law and public law.
  • LABOUR, PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL LAW AREA, relating to the knowledge ofthe fundamental institutions and current legal issues relating to private law,business law and labour law, at national and supranational level.
  • PUBLIC LAW- ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL AREA, relating to knowledge of thefundamental institutions of the legal system of the state in relation toconstitutional law, private law, general criminal law, general procedural lawand political economics and economic systems.
  • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY-BIG DATA AREA, relating to knowledge of thefundamental institutions of information technology and data management, throughcourse units in computing and its application in the legal field and in thelaboratory on cybersecurity and data protection.
