Language and/with Management (French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish) (BA)

Develop a high level of linguistic competence in their chosen language and combine the study of management with an understanding of the cultural context of France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the Spanish-speaking world. Hone the linguistic and intellectual skills needed for efficient negotiation in professional contexts. The language courses enable students to reach a high level of proficiency in the target language, and acquire useful skills such as essay writing, and delivering presentations. The management components will give students a good understanding of business and management and the environments in which they operate. Students will also have the opportunity to study a number of cross-cultural modules which will allow them to explore specific themes across a variety of language-speaking areas.
