MERCURI European Master in Customer Relationship Marketing

This master is aimed at students interested in marketing and specifically in consumer behavior in all its breadth. It is essential that the student has an international interest since the program takes place in 4 different countries. The entry requirement is to have a degree with a minimum of 6 semesters and 180 ects.

Master's program will focus on the critical nature of relations between customers and companies/brands.The program will familiarize students with the complexity of customer behaviors and the rules, conditions and bases of making market decisions and strategies.

Students will get an indepth, international level of teaching and practical training in European economics, management, marketing, consumer law, customer psychology, behavior, and research and will have the chance to develop soft skills in communication, intercultural management or leadership.

They will be provided with the strong knowledge base and handson research experience needed for succeeding in careers such as customer relationship management, marketing, media, communications, advertising, consumer research, entrepreneurship, or public relations.

There are classes conducted by highly qualified academics and practitioners from the different universities partners, with methods such as experiential learning, case study based learning, interactive classes, on-line classes and intensive programs Students need to work on a consultancy project and carry out the internship during the last semester.
