1. The experience and trajectory

It has been more than 35 years since law studies began at the CEU. We are endorsed by several decades training committed jurists and legal professionals.

2. Prepared to be the best in oppositions

Parallel to the degree in Law, our students can participate in the Intensification Program in Oppositions, which is carried out in collaboration with the Notarial Association of Valencia, the Association of Registrars, the Dean of the Courts of Valencia and the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Valencian Community, among other entities. Through this program those who are interested in the world of oppositions begin their preparation from the second year.

It is a voluntary and free program that prepares you to face traditional oppositions in the legal field. Two itineraries are offered to be chosen by the student: one oriented to notaries and registries, while the other focuses on judiciaries and prosecutors. Through this program, CEU law students finish their studies in the best conditions to start the final preparation for the oppositions. If you think that the oppositions can be your goal, this is your way.

3. The international dimension of Law

  • Language : free additional training in English to improve your level
  • Specialization : training to specialize in the international field with the Own Title of Specialist in International Law and European Law. This degree can be taken in parallel to the degree and is aimed at strengthening your ability to work in the international legal field. Its contents combine advanced knowledge of international law with the learning of legal English.
  • Internships outside of Spain : we offer you opportunities to carry out international internships in European institutions, international organizations and professional firms, some of them honorary consulates of Spain, such as Enrique Sánchez in Liverpool and DWF LLP in Manchester (United Kingdom), Artz&López in Koblenz and Zinn&Böcker in Mannheim (Germany), the Legislative Assembly of Umbria (Italy) or the Federation of the Valencian Community-European Region (Belgium).
  • Harvard Business Publishing® has licensed the use of its materials and case studies in this title

4. Digital reality: a field of specialization for new professionals.

Society is increasingly digitized. This situation affects the vast majority of sectors, including Law. That is why you can understand the repercussion for legal purposes of concepts such as Blockchain, Big Data, Bioprint, The Internet of Things or Artificial Intelligence, it is important. And it is that the digital revolution that we are experiencing supposes a new field of specialization for the new legal professionals.

As a student of the Degree, you will be able to access our Legal Tech Lab. It is a laboratory of ideas in which new technologies are experimented with from the point of view of their legal application. An innovative project that tries to anticipate and prepare you to face the new challenges of Law.

5. Double degrees from the specialist in double degrees

If you agree that it is so important to make decisions in the company, such as knowing their consequences before making them and being well advised on legal matters, you have the opportunity to turn that idea into your professional future. Choose to choose both. The CEU Cardenal Herrera University is the pioneer and specialist in double degrees and gives you all the facilities so that you can take two degrees at the same time: with compatible schedules, with personalized itineraries and, of course, without paying double. This is how the double degrees of the University specialized in double degrees are.
