For a Taught Master’s Programme other than the Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive M.B.A.) Programme, the applicant shall have:

  • graduated from a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree, normally with honours not lower than Second Class or achieving an average grade of not lower than “B”; or
  • completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.

In addition to the general requirements of the Graduate School, applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree in the following disciplines, i.e., Chinese medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacy in Chinese medicine, Clinical medicine, and Life sciences. Holders of a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical-related or chemical science may also be considered.

Applicants who have a recognized bachelor’s degree from a university outside China / Hong Kong / Taiwan / Macau or a Chinese-speaking country should possess a pass grade in Chinese in an examination at senior secondary or above level.
