The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Personal Finance programme [BA(PF)] is the first finance undergraduate programme catering to individual and household financial needs. Distinguished from conventional finance programmes, BA(PF) emphasises the global financial services context to develop student’s skills in personalized financial advising and wealth management. The Programme covers the fundamental principles of finance and investments, such as taxation, credit management, retirement planning, estate planning, etc. Meanwhile, BA(PF) incorporates the latest developments in the global financial services sector, including fintech, risk management, ESG investment, and green and sustainable finance.  BA(PF) students are graduates are eligible to apply for exemptions for three courses of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification Education Programme offered by The Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK).

Students are expected to obtain various global and experiential learning opportunities, including financial internships, field studies, and business networking.
