International Arbitration and Business Law LL.M. provides its graduates with a unique set of international arbitration skills together with a solid expertise in international business law. The programme covers both procedural and substantive law aspects of the international dispute resolution. The International Arbitration aspect of this programme explores the fundamental aspects of arbitration law and principles of international arbitration from the comparative law perspective. In the spring term, students will also be exposed to distinctive futures of investment arbitration. Students may also participate in one of numerous international moot courts. The Business Law aspect focuses on the transactional facet of international business. The 10 ECTS International Business Law course gives a comprehensive overview of both international company law as well as international contract law. Moreover, students may apply their knowledge (and improve their legal writing skills) during Contract Drafting.
