The master programme is structured around two tracks ‘Continental Philosophy and its History’ (CPH) and ‘Philosophy and Economics’ (PE). The full curriculum comprises 60 EC in total. In block 1 all students take the same two courses of 7.5 EC and the thesis writing group of 3.75 EC. In block 2, students take two courses in either the CPH or PPE track (15 EC) (or a combination). In block 3 students choose electives which must add up to 11.25 credits. In block 4 students write their thesis. This programme aims to provide students with a thorough grounding in subjects of interest within the two tracks and with analytical and research skills required for further study as junior researchers or PhD candidates. The class size is maintained at a small scale basis to allow ample interaction between the lectures with each student.
