The three-year Bachelor of International Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management is accredited by AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA. It has an international environment to prepare students for their future career in international business. Throughout the entire bachelor programme, students can follow a professional development track. This track offers training in goal setting, analytical thinking, academic writing, presentation and time management skills. In the second half of the first year students will be working on a business plan for a real firm. Students will work with other students in small groups, and give a final presentation for an audience of colleagues and faculty members at the end of the year. There is a mentor programme incorporated into this bachelor’s degree. Each mentor group consists of 16 students, supervised by a second-year IBA student. The purpose of this programme is to help students to settle into their new study environment.
