This MSc Management (Advertising and Corporate Communications) is ideal for those who do not have a first degree in business or marketing, or relevant work experience in management. The Masters of management pathways offer a core spine of management and organisational issues in term one. Students will then specialise in advertising and corporate communications in their second term where issues such as multi-channel communications management, consumer targeting and content generation will be explored. There are also optional modules offered by Essex Business School which allow students to specialise in advertising and corporate comms. This MSc is designed for students who are interested in issues such as: the ethics of social media advertising, the pitfalls of user-generated content and relationship management through communications.
