Goldsmiths has an academic legacy stretching back to 1891, but is always looking forward. At undergraduate level students can take degrees across subjects including the arts, humanities and social sciences, as well as law, computing, management and economics.

Goldsmiths students are encouraged to challenge perceptions, think in enterprising ways, and explore new ideas. At postgraduate level students can take degrees across subjects spanning anthropology, art, arts administration and cultural policy, community studies, computing, creative and cultural entrepreneurship, cultural studies, curating, design, education, English and comparative literature, history, journalism, management, media and communications, music, politics and international relations, psychology, social work, sociology, theatre and performance, therapeutic studies and visual cultures.
