Judicial Studies Program Goals:

Qualifying distinguished cadres to assume the position of the judiciary, and raising the efficiency of judges.
Preparing scientific competencies specialized in the field of law and legal advice.
Caring for scientific research specialized in the field of Sharia studies and the legal profession.
Meeting the needs of Saudi society and other Islamic societies in the field of judiciary, investigation, advocacy, arbitration, and legal advice.

Judicial Studies Program Requirements:

The conditions for admission to the program are: The general conditions for admission to postgraduate studies stipulated in Articles (15-21) of the regulations governing postgraduate studies in universities, in addition to the special conditions for the program, which are (the applicant to join the program is required to obtain a bachelor’s degree in judicial studies, Sharia or Higher Diploma in Judiciary and Islamic Politics or its equivalent).
