Mechanical Engineering Program Goals:

Successfully integrate the fundamentals of engineering knowledge, skills, tools, experimentation and design to develop innovative solutions related to mechanical engineering problems within a context of economical, societal, ethical and environmental constraints
Advance their career by assuming increasing levels of responsibility and entrepreneurial activities through effective communication, ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and leadership
Participate in life-long learning to acquire new expertise, as measured by continued education and qualifications such as licensure and membership with professional societies

Student must satisfy 220 credit hours for 44x (5-years)
Student must have successfully completed the Senior Design Project courses
Student must have successfully completed the Summer Training course
Student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 out of 5.00
Student must have completed 60% or more of the course work/credit hours at the Islamic University
