Preparation of the basics of advanced economic knowledge, allowing the graduate to work successfully in the chosen field of activity, the generation of common cultural (universal) and professional competencies, contributing to his social mobility and sustainability in the labor market.
The following disciplines are presented for Master’s degree students in Economics:

- Economics and management at the enterprise
The areas of professional activity of graduates are:
- economic, financial, marketing, and analytical services of organizations of various industries and forms of ownership;
- academic and ministerial research organizations;
- state and local administration bodies;
- institutions of higher and additional professional education system
Master's student in the direction of education "Economics" studies such disciplines of the professional cycle:
- Microeconomics (advanced level)
- Macroeconomics (advanced level)

Master's students in the direction 580100 "Economics" should be able to solve the following tasks:
Scientific and research:
- development of working plans, programs for conducting research and development, preparation of tasks for groups and individual executors;
- development of research tools, and analysis of their results;
- collection, processing, analysis, and systematization of information on the research topic, selection of methods and means of solving research problems;
- organizing and conducting scientific research, including statistical surveys and interviews;
- development of theoretical and econometric models of researched processes, situations, and objects related to the sphere of professional activity, evaluation and interpretation of the obtained results;
Project-economic:
-preparation of tasks and development of project solutions taking into account the uncertainty factor;
- preparation of tasks and development of methodological and regulatory documents, as well as proposals and measures for the implementation of developed projects and programs;
- preparation of tasks and development of a system of socio-economic indicators of economic subjects;
- composition of economic sections of plans of enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership;
- development of the strategy of the behavior of economic agents in various markets;
Analytical:
- development and justification of socio-economic indicators characterizing the activity of economic entities and methods of their calculation;
- search, analysis, and evaluation of information sources for economic calculations;
- assessing the efficiency of projects taking into account the uncertainty factor;
- analysis of existing forms of management organization, development, and justification of proposals for their improvement;
- forecasting the dynamics of the main socio-economic indicators of the enterprise, industry, region, and economy as a whole;
Organizational and managerial;
- organization and managing creative teams to solve economic and social problems;
-organization of strategic development and functioning of enterprises and their separate subdivisions;
- management of economic services and subdivisions of enterprises and organizations of different forms of ownership, state and local authorities;
Pedagogical;
- teaching economic disciplines in general educational institutions, educational institutions of higher professional and secondary professional education, as well as in educational institutions of additional professional education;
