KNU named after J.Balasagyn  is implementing the following objectives in the field of teaching and education of Masters degree 580200 "Management":

- Training of Masters in the field of basics of general scientific and managerial knowledge, obtaining in-depth professional education, allowing the graduate to work successfully in the field of management and research activities, to possess universal and professional competencies that contribute to his social mobility and sustainability in the labor market. As well as the forming of social and personal qualities of Master students: purposefulness, organization, hard work, responsibility, citizenhood, communication, tolerance, increase of general culture, etc.

- search, analysis, and evaluation of information for preparation and adoption of management decisions;

 - analysis of existing forms of management organization;

- analysis and modeling of management processes, and evaluation of their efficiency;

3) In the field of project activities:

 - organization of project activities in the organization (in the company);

 -  management of deep transformation processes;

 -  management of project implementations;

 - reducing the level of undefinedness in the project;

 - assessing the effectiveness of organizational project implementation;

4) In the field of scientific research activities:

- identification and formulation of the actual scientific problems;
