The Bachelor of Business (Event Management/Marketing) joins business studies with event management and marketing knowledge, gaining the skills you need to promote, organize and manage events. In first year, students will be introduced to a range of essential business disciplines such as accounting, economics and finance. Aside from taking introductory events management subject, students will also study an introductory marketing subject. Students will learn how to define and communicate effective marketing strategies and gain an understanding of brands and brand management, advertising and sales promotion through their marketing major. This degree also equips students with market research skills which are necessary to held successful events.
