Master of Public Health and Master of Health Administration Program By La Trobe University |Top Universities
This course is designed for those who are currently working in a health services setting and want to advance their career into senior health management roles and develop comprehensive skills in the theory and practice of both public health and health services management. Students will be prepared for future health services management roles that deal with the needs of the ageing population, integration of healthcare delivery systems, technological innovations and an increasingly complex regulatory environment. The Master of Health Administration is accredited by the Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM). Membership may require an application to the professional body and may have additional or ongoing requirements beyond the completion of the degree. Depending on subject choice, the Master of Health Administration is recognised by the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) as providing the theoretical underpinning to the experiential components of the Fellowship Training Program in medical administration.
