    Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University (EENU) offers PhD programs with some instruction given in English.

     The postgraduate degrees currently offered by the EENU include:

    - Postgraduate studies which lead to the awarding of Doctor of Philosophy degree; the Doctor of Philosophy is the academic degree which may be obtained subsequent to the Master’s degree. The list of fields of study and program subject areas leading to the Doctor of Philosophy degree are Culture Studies, Economics, and Chemistry.

    - Postgraduate studies which lead to the awarding of the Doctor of Sciences degree, an academic (‘scientific’) degree which may be obtained subsequent to the Doctor of Philosophy degree. The fields of study and program subject areas in which the Doctor of Science degree can be obtained include: History and Archaeology, Philology, Economics, Psychology, Finance, Banking and Insurance, and Earth Sciences.

    Students follow a programme of postgraduate courses and/or research in which they make an original and significant contribution in their respective research areas. All programs are presented in Ukrainian, but some courses and research supervision are also held in English.
