Admission Requirements
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Applicants with degrees in all disciplines meeting one of the following requirements are welcome:
A minimum of 240 ECTS or
A 4-year bachelor degree or
A bachelor degree of 180 ECTS and at least 5 years of professional experience.
A minimum of two years of work experience.
– Fluency in English.
If you have worked in an English-speaking environment for at least 2 years, please provide a recommendation letter from your superior.
If you have studied in English in the past, a copy of the diploma is sufficient.
If you have not worked in an English-speaking environment for at least 2 years and you are not a native speaker, please provide proof of English proficiency: A transcript of your TOEFL Score (Minimum Requirement: Paper Based: 550, Internet Based: 85) or IELTS Score (Minimum Requirement: 7.0)

What about the MBA internship? Is it included in the program and how should I find one?
The internship is optional, once the students have completed the program they can decide if they will go for this option.
Students must look for an internship on their own and the LSB career center is here to help facilitate the research.
Students can do an Internship or a Master thesis, even if we strongly recommend the Internship option to start a career. The Internship can be done in Luxembourg or abroad.
Will the MBA interview require any specific preparation?
The interview is motivational (no technical preparation e.g. assessment center model). We will mainly discuss the application documents you have submitted and your motivation for joining the program.
When is a student notified of the admission decision?
Once an application is complete and the interview is done, applicants can expect to receive a response within 2 to 10 open days.
What is the profile of an MBA student?
The MBA program is mainly designed for professionals with a Bachelor from any field of studies i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Arts, Sports, or Science degree for example, who speak English (B2 level minimum). Our students in the program come from all over the world, with different age ranges and levels of professional experience. On average our students have 11 years of professional experience. If you are not on the average, don’t be discouraged we will make sure to compose a well-balanced group of students.
Who should I ask for references?
The references could be academic (professors for example) or professional ones (current or previous managers).
