The executive MaastrichtMBA develops the talent of individuals and organizations to empower them to create a sustainable future. In particular we build on four core qualities. Through experiencing futurized practice students are enabled to navigate the complexity of today's world and create dynamic connections that allow further personal growth. It rests on three design principles (i) small-scale interactive teaching in which students and their experience are an essential part of the class room learning; (ii) action oriented and business encompassing teaching bridging the gap between new knowledge and the business practice of the students and their organizations; (iii) emphasis on leadership development that is built into the programme as a trajectory.
