The course aims to provide theoretical and practical tools to agents and referents who perform in leadership roles (current or potential) in educational, social, business and political organizations, helping to develop their socio-emotional capacities, to display their strengths and their capacity. of leadership.
Likewise, the formation of a Network of Social Transformative Leaders will be promoted , which will form communities of learning and exchange of experiences and which will become a framework to promote collaborative and integrated work.
The theoretical-practical methodology proposes a comprehensive approach that will seek to generate a dialogue between specialists with different approaches.
In addition, and given that practice is essential to develop socio-emotional skills, the meetings will have an active approach through the dynamization of tools and emotional training exercises that contemplate the specific dimensions of emotional awareness, emotional management, emotional autonomy, social skills. , collaborative leadership, conscious decision making and competencies for life and well-being.
Different group dynamics, Role Playings, use of movies and recreational resources are used to put into practice the skills, body dynamics, mindfulness, escape rooms and technological collaboration tools for virtual activities, among others.
The methodology of the classes will also include the participation of special guests distinguished by their knowledge and experiences in the topics that are being addressed.
