Certificate granted by:
The School of Politics and Government and the Faculty of Engineering and Agrarian Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and the Inter-American Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering (AIDIS).
Graduates will have the skills to assess and evaluate alterations, aggressions and environmental damage for informational or legal purposes that serve as a basis for judicial decisions or mediation between parties. Likewise, they will have the capacity to develop, with all the guarantees, a complete expert report from the preparation phase to the ratification phase in court. Graduates may enroll in the Registry of Experts approved by Resolution 2/2018 CPIQ National Registry of Environmental Experts.
Goals:
  • Contribute to the participant having the theoretical and practical knowledge to develop a complete expert report from the preparation phase to the ratification phase in court.
  • Train environmental experts capable of guaranteeing the adequate technical-legal interpretation in environmental matters.
  • Train certified environmental experts in the inspection and investigation of infractions and crimes in environmental matters, and who can make diagnoses of environmental damage.
  • Train in the structure and parts of the technical-expert opinion for its integration.
  • Train in the application of theoretical-conceptual knowledge and technical tools in field operations of inspection and environmental protection
