This course is aimed at:
Professionals in the areas of HR, Executives and Managers in the areas of Legal, RRLL and HR. It is designed to train those that are developed in functions that involve the management of people, the leadership of work teams, the management of talents and/or the management of crisis management in highly competitive organizations and low decision-making in situations Adverse, Operational Direction and Corporate Management.
At the end of the program, the participants will develop skills for a better running of work teams, executive direction of HRR and, consequently, to optimize the results of the management. They will be able to understand and lead organizational and exchange processes, incorporate modern knowledge and tools of the HRR management discipline, develop competencies related to interpersonal relationships, identify and optimize the personal style and the ability to take decisions, and reflect on of the ethical aspects involved in the decisions that make people lead in the organizations.
Certified Business School of the Universidad Católica Argentina will extend the respective certificate of approval to those who have fulfilled the minimum assistance required, to assess the evaluations established in the program
