Project Management

The Project Management Institute (PMI) has developed and perfected over time the necessary guidelines to carry out a rigorous control of projects, whatever the issues they address. The Special Course in Project Management (CEAP) offered by the Graduate Area of ​​the Faculty of Engineering of the Argentine Catholic University summarizes this experience. During the course, concepts and best practices for effective project management are exposed.
The course follows the guidelines developed by PMI in its world-renowned Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) in its 6th. Edition, last version edited in September 2017. Finally, the CEAP offers the possibility of preparation, for those attendees who so wish, to take the Project Management Professional (PMP) or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification granted by the PMI. CEAP meets the requirement of at least 35 hours of project management training requested by PMI when registering for these exams.
