Specialization in Competition Syndicate

The goals of the course are:
Update the knowledge on the tender through the study of the current legal regulations (Law 24.522) and its latest reforms. Support the specialization of the Public Accountant in the training of the union in preventive competitions and problems and encourage the study of insolvency and the treatment of accounting, economic, financial and tax matters that present the patrimonial states in situations of crisis. Offering the Law Firms and Licensees in Business Administration the necessary tools, enabling them to detect the problems that generate financial economic impotence, both from a legal, commercial and organizational point of view, professionally advising on all the problematic tendering and en los quiebra processes.
