FOUNDATIONS:
It is expected that the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected the world for a few months will generate profound socioeconomic transformations, upsetting the principles around which production, marketing and consumption are organized. Although there is still great uncertainty regarding the direction and scope of these changes, it is essential to begin to think and design strategies that allow organizations to adapt and insert themselves into the new scenarios that are looming. Given this perspective, this program seeks to strengthen the management tools that allow controlling, evaluating and optimizing processes, as well as formulating strategies and making decisions based on key economic-financial indicators.

METHODOLOGY:
The Program uses a teaching-learning methodology that combines, in each thematic nucleus, two synchronous virtual classes of a theoretical nature together with a virtual workshop of integration and practical application.

DIRECTED TO:
It is aimed at directors, trustees and managers of cooperatives and mutuals, teachers and advanced students of related careers, and the general public from all over the country who are interested in the management of cooperative and mutual entities.
