Organizational Psychology

The University, aware of the need and demand of what organizations require to generate competitiveness, seeks to train professionals with knowledge, skills and competencies that allow them to intervene within organizations to effectively guide people and change processes in an increasingly changing and globalized world.

The Organizational Psychology programme, aware of the changes and uncertainty faced by the countries of the region, with high rates of poverty and illiteracy; political, demographic and technological changes; with diversity in the social, cultural, professional and generational spheres; with precarious working conditions, informality, non-compliance with labor rights, it will train professionals who, from psychology, develop people's talent, promoting an ethical, inclusive and diverse culture in organizations that contributes to the development of a social and supportive economic system.
