The MIF Program produces graduates with knowledge and in-depth competencies in business finance or to continue further study at the doctoral level. The curriculum combines theory and practice with a research emphasis. Out of 45 credits, students can choose to do thesis or Independent Study.
The MIF Program is a part-time tri-semester program in which students can graduate within 2 years. The distinctive feature of the curriculum is that students can participate in a partner university overseas for one semester which allows the student to understand the borderless world of finance and the attain the business skills necessary to conduct successful international finance transactions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field from an institution accredited by Thammasat University Council or its international equivalent.
2. Quantitative Test (Choose ONE only)
  • SMART-II with a minimum score of 350 and more than 100 of each part. The scores must not be more than two years from the closing day of application (SMART-II is made in Thai version).
  • GMAT scores, A good score on the quantitative part.
  • GRE scores, A good score on the quantitative part.

Thammasat offers graduate degree programs in all fields, covering sociology, humanities, science and technology, and health sciences, in Thai, bilingual and international programs.

There are two types of lecture sessions: normal programs in office hours and special programs in the evenings or on weekends.

Students on master’s degree programs can pursue their own interests in research-oriented programs. Students are required to complete a “thesis” to contribute to a new body of knowledge or conduct a specialized study in their industries or careers.

The doctorate degree programs encourage students to conduct a “dissertation” research contributing to the country’s development and new technologies.
